0.3-1.5% (based on output)

The main ingredients of this product are rosin emulsion, made from modified rosin and cationic surfactants by high temperature and high-pressure homogenization process. The product has the advantages of small particle size, stable performance, balanced potential distribution, positive charge, and high self-retention when combined with pulp fiber; it has low dependence on aluminum sulfate; it can improve the retention of filler and fine fiber, and give paper water resistance.

Cationic Rosin Size Agent Usage
Dilute the product with normal-temperature water for 3-5 times, then add it to the slurry, or use the metering pump to add it continuously. It is suggested that the adding position is before the flushing pump, the reference adding amount is 0.3% - 3.5%, and the suitable pH value of the system is 5-6.5.

It is easy to disperse in water, is stable in summer storage, and has high sizing efficiency. It is an excellent acid sizing agent with strong adaptability to a sizing environment and low corrosion of equipment, which can prolong the service life of paper machine felts and mesh, reduce sizing obstacles in summer and endow paper with high water resistance.Anionic rosin sizing agent Usage1. This product should not be mixed with other ordinary saponified glues. When switching to use, all slurry tanks should be cleaned.2. Generally, forward sizing is used, and reverse sizing and continuous sizing before the screen can also be used.3. If this product is used for forward sizing or reverse sizing, it must be diluted with cold water to a concentration of about 2%, and then gradually added to the slurry to mix evenly. If continuous sizing before the screen is used, no dilution is necessary.4. The key to using this dispersed rosin gum is the pH value, which ranges from 4.5 to 5.5.5. General fillers can reduce the effect of sizing, especially calcium salts, because fillers are harmful to sizing, so generally add glue, add alum, and cycle for 20 minutes before adding fillers.
