Low pulse pulp pump is also called low pulse fan pump.This kind of pumps is used to pump paper pulp,water,sewage,or other liquid media of which physical and chemical properties are similar to water. The temperature of the transported liquid can not be higher than 80oC.It is a new pump type for paper making industry with advatages of high efficiency, low pulse and high dependability. It is used for transporting the paper pulp concentration ≤1% in medium-high speed paper making machine for supplying pulp system.
Main Featureslts inlet and outlet are under and perpendicular to the axis line,and horizontal direction.The pump shell parts itself from the middle,so there is no need to remove the in and out of the water pipes andmotors.Looking from the coupling to the direction of the pump, it is turning in clockwise direction ( anti- clockwise is available).
